Depends on which morality and which legality.
Well said Art. Morality is a perception where law is legislated. I like porn but don't believechildren should have access to it. Where as Porn is legalif you are over 18 some consider it immoral
The law is often not on the moral high-ground.
The dependence of whether morality or legislation is better is surely dependent on a pre-established moral code that you accord to be right, Art? Therefore the morality would take priority first.
