It' easy to collect $100,000,000 for Ron Paul with escrow account

All it takes is to setup escrow account which will allow people to deposit $1000 and instruct it to transfer to Ron Paul campaign if 100,000 other people will do the same or return back if not.
Many people would not contribute 1000 alone only because it will not make big difference, but many would contribute it collectively because 100 million can make big difference.
The problem with contribution like with many investments - risk. The risk is that others will not contribute as much. Escrow eliminates that risk.
